Inside is a soft-touch lining, zippered valuables pocket & internal baseboard to maintain structure. A detachable & adjustable webbing shoulder strap is compatible with the Josie Boutique Adjustable Bag Strap, for interchangeable styling. Protective base feet, high-shine, gold metal zip & self-fabric carry handles are additional finishing features. Dimensions 53 x 26 x 24cm Order Processing Due to the nature of our made to order products, once an order has been placed we are unable to change or make cancellations to this, please ensure, prior to ordering that you have: Checked the order details including personalisation Checked for spelling mistakes & / or typos Checked the delivery address is complete & correct Checked that you are happy with all the product description details including sizes Our process means our production team print & process orders when they arrive for work & throughout the day, due to the vast number of orders that are in our production line from our various selling platforms, it is extremely difficult for us to find an order to make changes, not only does this disrupt the print line but it also delays all other customer orders. in the unlikely event that our admin team read your message prior to production we will do our best to make changes for you however this is not guaranteed. We get many emails requesting ‘faster’ delivery. Our processing times are set unfortunately so we are unable to rush through any orders that have already been placed. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch ahead of schedule, we can’t predict any supplier or stock issues. We do offer a ‘Priority’ printing service that is available to all UK buyers, this ensures your order is dispatched within 7 working days Our priority fee is a ‘push’ fee to get your order to the front of the print line. We only have certain slots of priority shipping available; this is to ensure it does not affect our current orders. Working days excludes weekends & public holidays, if you do not see this option at checkout we have disabled this due to demand.
