If we have any delays, we will do our best to communicate with customers proactively. RETURNS We can accept returns on goods that do not have any embroidery or customisation on them. Goods made to order are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour.
