PUL fabric Units available: Pre-cuts: circa 50cm x 50cm (19.6 inches x 19.6 inches) Multiple pre-cuts will be sent as individual pieces. Half metre: 0.5m x fabric width (Please note, 2 half meters = 1 full meter, 3 half meters = 1.5m, etc.) Multiple quantities of half meters will be sent as one continuous piece unless specified otherwise. Composition 73% polyester / 27% polyurethane Please note, the thickness of my PUL fabrics varies. This does not affect the waterproof properties of the PUL. Please refer to GSM rating below. Thickness: 170 GSM (based on laminated portion of fabric) Laminated Fabric Width - circa 147cm/57.9 inches Polyurethane Laminate Fabric, short PUL, is a polyester knit (sometimes cotton or poly cotton) fabric, which has been heat laminated on the reverse side. This gives the fabric its waterproof properties whilst remaining lightweight & flexible. Unlike other laminated fabrics (i.e. oil cloth) PUL is soft & easy to work with. It has a slight stretch to it & is machine washable. PUL is perfect for Cloth nappies, Bibs, Training pants, Changing mats, Sanitary towels, Waterproof/gym bags, Waterproof clothing, Dog coats etc Please note that some of my PUL fabrics have a wide selvedge which may not be laminated & may be wider on one side than the other. Lamination doesn’t always cover the entire printed area of the fabric & sometimes there is an overhang of laminate. All measurements given refer to the printed & laminated area of the fabric. To prolong the life of your product it is recommended to follow these care instructions Machine washable warm or hot (40 degree max) using mild non-bio detergent Air-dry Do not wring Do not iron Do not use fabric softeners Do not dry clean No bleach, vinegar, or oxy-type products as they can damage the PUL Shipping I use standard post within the UK. You also have the option to upgrade shipping at an additional cost. International shipping: Please remember that buyers will be responsible for any duties or import fees that may apply. For overseas orders I usually use tracked post only. Estimates shipping times UK 2 - 5 business days Europe 1 - 2 weeks (although it can occasionally take a lot longer) North America, Australia, New Zealand 2 - 3 weeks Please bear in mind that sometimes parcels can be held up at customs. Shipping costs Due to Etsy’s limited options for adjusting shipping rates, occasionally the pre-calculated shipping costs are excessive (i.e. if you order several designs in pre-cuts rather than one metre in one design).
