Goods made to order are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour. If we’ve made a mistake in embroidery or your item has a fault, please take an image & contact us via Etsy & we will get back to you to work towards a resolution.
